Is there a good chip for me?

I know the issue of performance chips has been addressed before multiple times, but i would like to know if there is a chip that will work for my specific situation. I have not begun any mods or upgrades on my '91 RS 305 TBI 100% stock and was wondering if there was a performace chip that will give me a bit more get up until i can afford to do some upgrades. If there is a chip that will make a difference, which ones are good and which ones are scams? PLEASE HELP!!!
