what is the best site to order these reproduction emblems from i see a site called gtaemblems.com but its based in austraila kinda makes me have a trust issue most reproduction emblems run from 50 to 70 dollars any one know of a good trusting site thats affordable?

I bought some white emblems back in 2002ish. They were in stock but aagin they were white and for an 89. That covers all 87 through 1990 GTA's that were white. The emblems were good quality.

If you are concerned on a time frame email CarMotorsports and ask for a shipping date I guess

well i got a maroon red GTA and i was just concerned about quality and being ripped off i dont wanna blow off 50 bucks on my CC ya know but looks like ill be going through them

Car motorsports are good guys. Good communication and great products. I sent them a NOS Jamaica yellow emblem so they could match the color. They have the emblems made exactly like the factory had them made and they are GM licensed. I wish they would make more stuff for 3rd gens, like tail lights

yea i ordered from carmotorsports.com , im kinda pissed though there website didnt display that the emblems were temporary out of stock , but chad gave me a tracking number so at least i know im not ripped off

I bought mine from GTA emblems, they are GM licenced, so the quality is OEM or better, and he sent them expedited, so they were here to CA in 4 days! I have no problem recommending them, quality and service were top notch, but he says "mates" and "cheers" in his emails!

Not that it matters to me but Car Motorsports only sells GM licensed GTA reproduction emblems as well. You won't go wrong with either vendor....

I know this is an old thread. I am looking for a set of emblems for my GTA as mine are showing their age and have a sail panel missing.

Gtaemblems.com does not exist anymore and carmotorsports.com are not getting back to me.

Are the eBay ones (the ones costing approx $160) any good? Are there other sources. NOS are nowhere to be found.

You could try Hawks, they may actually stock them, but they may just get them from Car Motorsports

Yes they have them at $200. I imagine these a repros not NOS correct? Anyone got any views on them. There is only 1 review on the site.
If they are the same stuff as the ebay ones, I would go for the ebay ones with $40 cheaper.

They are probably all made by the same people. I have a set of the Jamaica yellow reproduction ones from Car Motorsports, they actually used one of my emblems to match the color. They look pretty nice and I would compare the quality of originals.

I THINK Car Motorsports has them made by the same people that made them for GM, but I may not be remembering correctly.

Has anyone ordered the gray ones?

Reason I ask, is Pontiac, back in the early 90s had new ones in GM Packaging which were a MUCH lighter gray (like dove gray) vs gunmetal. They were awful!

Wondering if the reproductions are faithful to the original colors vs. whatever was in the GM box 20+ years ago.
