Chuck Pelton is the man! perforated leather Steering wheel
I sent him the wheel & leather & he did the rest.Cheaper too since i provided the leather. This is my 2nd wheel from him, 1st one is still mint after 6+ years.Talk to Barbara (248)681-4336.If you have the leather, they might be able to work with you.A 50(L)x10(w)piece is needed for the wheel.
Made my own boot/****/e-brake pieces from the same leather section.

Re: Chuck Pelton is the man! pweforated leather Steering wheel
Excellent. That looks great. Have any pics of the door panels? Also, post up some pics once you get it installed.
Also, an idea I've had for a while is to use the stock steering wheel frame but re-contour the grip to make it thicker and have a better thumb grip area. Do you think this guy would be interested in such a project?

When i install the wheel later today i will take a pic of the door panel.I only did the upper portion, as this was originally perforated leather as well.
Give them a call on your idea.I think some extra padding would make it thicker.Best to call them though.
Cant gaurantee anything, i tried to get them to do my shifter ****, but they kept telling me it was too hard.So i did the job myself, hardest part was getting the stitching correct, but thats the first time i ever tried it.The boot/e-brk/door panel pieces were a breeze

Seats already have the perforated pleats(center sections).Part of the reason why i wanted the wheel & console items to match. You can kinda see it in the 2nd pic.
