PB Blaster.....

I'm sure we're all well aware of the amazing product known as PB blaster. It seems to be the can I reach for the most when I'm doing just about anything, because there is always something that needs to move that doesn't. Shoot it with PB blaster and boom, it breaks loose.

It just occurred to me, the can is always covered in the "As seen on T.V." logo. In 25 years I don't remember ever seeing a commercial for PB Blaster. I know I'm a little on the young side, so I was hoping that someone on here may have? Was it on in the early 80's/late 70's?

Sorry about that Bob, if it had spent more time here (& been less cold) I'd have discovered that & taken care of it....may have even ended up with some cross drilled rotors & PBR calipers on it.

Re: PB Blaster.....

No biggie Chris, it's all good. I had fun and its done. Drove it to work last Friday,40 mile R/T,
drove like a new car. Co-workers were drooling and asking all kinds of questions. Could of sold it 3 times so far!

Now, as for the PB Blaster........AMAZING STUFF!

Re: PB Blaster.....

Isn't PB Blaster sort of like WD40? What's different about them? I'm curious.

Re: PB Blaster.....

I just used it on a O2 Sensor and a Coolant temp sensor.
They would not budge.
A little bit around them and tried it again after 3 hours and it took some effort but they came out.
For hard to reach spots that I don't want to have to blast a stream at I put a small diameter clear plastic hose a foot or two long over the blasters red stem and work the end of the hose to the item.
Gently apply pressure to the can and watch it go slowly down the line .
