cam with stock l98 heads

I was wondering can i run a .480/.480 lift cam with stock l98 heads

Axle/Gears: G80 RPO, 3:23s, Auburn Racer's Diff

you can IF you prep the heads to work with the cam . you know same ol story . push rod interferance ? rocker arm selection? port work , valve springs , and valves up to the task .
