fedex

i know this most likely will not hold up but I feel like complaining to make me feel better...

I ordered valve covers and gaskets along with brake pads from summit. Summit has always been good but they chose to send those two packages seperately (one came from Georgia and one from OH). No problem with that. The problem I have is that I work during the day and the Fedex guy wont deliver the packages to my appartment's office so they can hold it for me! I noticed that when I checked the status of both orders. Both said same thing "Customer not present or business closed" I even went to the store it came out of and told them the package number and told them to either give it to me right there or have the truck guy give it to the apartment office. He still has yet to do that.

I personally work for Fedex....and management there sucks. When u said it says business or office closed, its just a status code 04 which is used for any closures. If it was me, Id leave it unless it says signature required. The office should hold it and the dude is a retard because id hate to have the same package on the truck. Id give it to the office if it was a big deal. Call Fedex and idk which one u need (I work for Fedex Ground), but make sure which one its coming through cause theyre retarded there. if u say the wrong one, they wont know what your talking about. If its possible (idk where u work) tell your local Fedex terminal when you call 1-800-Go-Fedex and get an address change to either the apartment office or your personal job, if your job doesnt care. Then the retarded driver cant do anything cause management hates complaints cause they lose their christmas bonus from the headquarters in Pittsburg.
Just my input.

Sorry, but FedEx isn't an aftermarket vendor, so you know what I gotta do.

Questions or comments, PM me. Thanks.
