Polishing your wheels.

It seems lately that someone asks about polishing about once per week, so I decided to make a sticky with some info in it.

Everyone has a different way of polishing. Some get better results than others. There are tons of threads with numerous different methods explained. Searching the boards is the best way to find techniques and results. I recommend searching for these terms:

"Polishing"
"Polishing Wheels"
"Polishing Rims"

Check those out and read up on some old posts. You will find plenty of info there. You can also check out the tech articles on this site, located here and here

One particular thread I found very helpful can be found here

And finally, a website put together by a member on the boards that many find useful:

Buffing vs. Polishing

Hopefully with all this info, everyone will be able to find what they need. If anyone has a particular thread or website they find useful, or any other tips, PM me and I will add it to here. Thanks and happy polishing.
