I have pink tail lights.................
okay heres a little problem of mine. i have pink tail lights this happened because i took my tail lights off to make them clear outs buy removing the red and orange colored glass on the inside. but when you do that the lights are all white so i take some advise from the board to use a sharpie marker to color the bulbs i do and end up with pink tail lights so my question is can anybody suggest somthing to color my light bulbs with.

the ink will burn off anyway, either get some massive bulb condoms or just get some colored glass (not painted glass) bulbs. www.street-beat.com has them

Keep it all clear in the housing. Go to street beat .com and order a set of red LED lights. They glow a bright dark red just like if you had the red plate still in there.

How did you get the red/orange off? As far as I know, the lenses themselves are red/orange. They are not painted at all.

That's true lol. I bought a set of junked up tail lights so I could see if I could remove the red/orange. I have not had any success lol.

85-90 TA taillights have a removable red lens(within the housing) behind the clear outer lens(which has the grid on the inner side), but no orange/amber lens. So I'd guess he's talking about 91-92 TA taillights which also have an amber lens. Open the housings and remove the inner colored lenses and it's a gridded-clear lens in front of chrome reflectors for use with red bulbs.
