Re: GM HIGH TECH is looking for YOU!!
my car may not be the best looking but it sure does perform specially for being a well forgoten about v6 model
the car is powered by a 3.1L v6 making 338Hp and 463Ftlbs @ 9 pounds of boost on pump gas (91 OCTANE) with ignition system issues, car has mild suspension mods and cuts low 1.7 60;s on slicks and mid to low 1.8's on 245/50/r16 street tires not dot slicks or drag radials launching at 3 psi
4k tci super streetfighter converter with 700r4 trans 4:10 gears
megasquirt ecm piggy back with stocker
and the entire car was built for under a 3k budget
and some pics

Wow, lots of nice cars! My 3rd gen is just my daily driver, my '95 Z is my show car, and my '10 SS is my baby!
Here's my 91 Z28 - K & N filters, Flowmaster mufflers, Strut tower brace, more here... http://www.coolcamaro.cz28.com/photo4.html
Interior with Hurst Dual-Gate shifter, all new interior and custom stereo...
It was featured in the March '06 issue of the now defunct Camaro World Magazine and would be proud to show it off again in GM High Tech!

Re: GM HIGH TECH is looking for YOU!!
This is my 1982 Camaro SC ( baseline model w/ the 2.5L 4cyl) It's a full restore project at the moment. The engine is out and being rebuilt, the transmission is out being tested and cleaned up. The body needs work and the interior is near flawless. It has 86K original miles and will be showroom new when my team and I are done with it.

Re: GM HIGH TECH is looking for YOU!!
How about some of us foreigners? We don't have any resources here at all, 100% self sufficient is the way to do it here. Parts are expensive, not plentiful. Building a nice machine is a struggle, if you go away from stock it becomes even a bigger struggle and more expensive (if I lived in the US I'd be running an LS7w/T56 most likely but here combined they run @ close to 15-20K for used oarts..if you can get it that is)
Would be neat to have a build featured, I have a pro touring supercharged & modded 87 IROC build, buddy of mine has a pro touring supercharged 92 GTA.

Ok, ok... I know I have been slacking! We have received so many AWESOME submissions that it has been hard to get everyone in. I know some of you have posted on one of the first pages and deserve to get in but at this point I may have just missed you.
So, since it is getting nice out again, lets all break out our cameras and get some new pictures. GMHTP loves supporting our readers, so make sure you post up your ride, even if you don't think you stand a chance. You never know, you may end up in print!
Also, I encourage you to join us on our FACEBOOK and Twitter so we can keep you up to date on what's new in the world of GMHTP. And, off the record, joining our Facebook page may just get you one step closer to ending up in Street Heat (but you didn't hear that from me... )

Does anyone know where I can get this months issue? I heard my car made it in the "Street Heat" section. Can anyone verify this? And let me know where to get a copy? I've been to 3 stores and haven't found any GM High Tech Performance magazines.....
