Car: 91' Z28. 70' Dune Buggy
Engine: LSX Cam/Full Bolt ons
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: 4.10
Small Photoshoot of my 91 LSX Z28

The car is nearing its completion, so I decided to go out and take some amateur pictures with the Canon. Unfortunately, Photobucket KILLED the quality.

Anyways,

Short list of some specs on car
91 Z28

Motor
-Rebuilt LS1
-Big Cam
-Longtubes
-(small supercharger on the shelf, will be installed soon)

Trans
-Rebuilt T56

-Beefed up rear end with 4.10 Gears.

Suspension
-Tubular Kmember, SFC's, springs etc.

-C5 Deep Dish wheels 19x10 all 4 corners
(285/35/19 rear, 275,35,19 front)

-Interior
-4th gen Trans am interior

Still has a little ways to go before its finished, most of which will take place in the neatness of the engine bay. Needs more low too.

I don't agree. I think the stance is perfect.

I agree, stance is great. Any lower than that makes these cars to hard to drive without scraping on everything.

Re: Small Photoshoot of my 91 LSX Z28

Thanks. Not going to slam it, lol the exhaust would scrape everything. I think it just needs to be dropped about .5-1" in the front since the front has about 3/4" more wheel gap than the rear. Mostly due to the lighter engine.

sailtexas186548, The t-tops are wrapped in carbon fiber. Lack of picture quality makes them look matte.

Maybe I over did it when I said slammed. Dropping it another inch will give you that perfect tucked-tire look. When I say slammed I'm thinking of "nufnuffz28"'s car. He has 19 inch rims like you and his stance looks sweet. Here's nufnuffz28's stance:

Lookin good man, like those wheels. Some black Anniversary stripes would look killer with those wheels.

K, that looks better. I was going to say I didn't car for the flat black on the top also. Now seeing this closeup, you need to repaint the edge of the t-top.

One other thing, it'd look better without the bowtie on the front, or replaced with a Z28 emblem.

Hey that looks familiar The car is looking great buddy.

Here is the new CF if your not liking the matte look anymore. I couldn't handle the matte looking tops anymore.

Thats a sweet ride! I love everything about it. What is the bullnose ring (sorry I couldn't think of what to call it) in the passenger side foglamp hole?

Re: Small Photoshoot of my 91 LSX Z28

Thanks guys!

BadnBlk, is that a gloss CF wrap. No way. I looked forever for that with no luck. Or is it Hydrodipped?

The "bull ring", is just a tow hook. I'll end up painting it black sooner or later so it will be more subtle.

examples,
