Having trouble with Triangle door seals

Car: 95 Z85 S10, 99 Formula
Engine: 4.3 CPI , LS1
Transmission: NV3500, T56
Axle/Gears: 3.08, 3.42
Having trouble with Triangle door seals
i have new triangle door seals along with weatherstripping, and when the door is closed the weatherstripping pushes down on the top of the seal, allowing a piece to kind of bend and stick out. when driving i get a fair amount of wind noise. how can i fix this?
