I got this pic off of ebay.

I tore this car apart years ago and have since moved and lost parts/pieces. I don't remember these shims, so I don't know exactly where they go. I do remember there are brackets for bumper/fender connection. I seem to have lost the shims in the pic, and also the brackets for the fender and bumper. Does anyone have pics or a good description of these items and where they go?

For the brackets, I mostly need to see what they look like. I think I remember there being 1 bracket with 2 studs, and a seperate bracket with 3 studs, for each side. Is this right?

So the shims go between the impact bar and frame it appears. That would explain why they don't look familiar. Impact bar is still on car.

What about the bumper to fender brackets? Do you have anything on that?

btw, if that's your first name in the link, it worried me for a second because that's my name as well. lol

I don't see any drawings for bumper to fender brackets. Just fender to body bracing.

It's an 88 sport coupe. Aren't these cars all pretty much the same?

^^these are the brackets I remember, but I also remember there being a second set of brackets that had 3 studs. These secure the bumper to the fender. Can anyone tell if I'm correct in thinking there's a second pair of brackets?

The three studded brackets you're thinking about are for the rear bumper facia (cover) to body. They go studs first through the facia and into the body.

The brackets in your ebay link are shown in the attachment I posted (Item 5).
