I am rebuilding the headlight assemblies on my 1991 GTA.

The motors have been repainted and rebuilt by Lon at TDS. Currently, one headlight assembly has been completely disassembled and the parts have been powdercoated. Cibie 4x6 housings arrived in the mail last week. The plan is to reassemble that side, then disassemble the other side and send it off for powdercoating. Before I do, I need to replace all of my hardware. Does anyone have a GM assembly diagram with part numbers?

The headlight retainer springs are GM 549398 (no longer stocked by GM) and they LOVE to rust.

Although I'd love a complete assembly diagram (as it will help me with reassembly) and a complete list of part numbers, I am in desperate need of part numbers for the following.

(1) The zinc-plated bolts that hold the headlight motors in place. (If I'm not mistaken, these come in two different lengths.)

(2) The U-nuts that are used in the headlight assemblies. (Two different types were used on my headlights.) They look like this: http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Ext...e_p/a12669.htm

I'd like to upgrade to stainless wherever possible, and I think these are the only pieces of hardware for which that will be achievable. Is there a source that sells stainless bolts with an integrated washer like these? Or, will I have to use separate stainless washers? If I use separate washers, will lock washers be necessary?

P.S. While I'm at it, does anyone have the part numbers for the small black screws that go along the very front underside of a 1991/1992 GTA bumper? Several are missing on my car.
