Preventative maintenance on pop-up headlights????
Does anyone know if there is a way to spray some white lithium grease in the headlight motors without taking them out or apart? Maybe drill a hole small enough to fit a straw in to lube and then close it up? Appreciate any tips or tricks on this.....thanks!

Not sure this counts...
In cars with flip up headlights, I try to open the head lights at start up if I will need headlights. I suspect popping up the headlights at highway speed is harder on the mechanism than at stand still or low speed. It might not make any difference but my 99 TA hasn't had any problems over the last 18 years. My 72 vette had to have vacuum lines & one actuator but otherwise the mechanisms work correctly for the last 33 years.
I will pop then open on the interstate if it gets dark but normally I turn on head lights at start up if I will need them that trip.

I do the same thing...lol. My 86 Trans Am has the original motors too. I did run into some trouble with them last year. Headlights were always going up, but my driver side wouldn't go down. After some long research on thirdgen, I decided to buy a new relay that is mounted on driver side fender. Found a new one on ebay from a guy in Canada. Now she works like a charm!! Just thought maybe there was some way to lube motors without taking them apart.
