What is the Name of This Part?

I have been looking for this part for months now... months! I can't seem to find the replacement part number or find it through searching anywhere on the web.

Pictured here:

I need both sides, left and right. I already have the inserts.
Any help is honestly, truly, sincerely appreciated! Thank you all in advance!

It's called a rear combination lamp applique. The most I have found on the Part Catalog is the RH part number 05973748 for an 82.

Sadly, they do not. I am looking for the stock black with the black line through the middle, no accents or color. Thank you for the links, though!

Re: What is the Name of This Part?

Those pictures MAY NOT be the right image for that part. I'd call Jegs to confirm your needs. Either way, it appears they could get you what you need.
