1989 IROC-Z 5.7L TPI T-TOPS AUTO $4000.00 OBO !!!SOLD!!!
I have a Red 1989 Iroc Z28 5.7 TPI auto, 4 wheel disc brakes, t/top car. Well optioned, with 98000 miles. Great car. Fast and Fun to drive. Tons of modifications. SLP headers, SLP intake runners. Flowmaster American thunder exhaust. Suspension completely rebuilt with poly bushings Eibach springs Koni Shocks and Hotchkis parts in rear. G.M. Aluminum driveshaft. Pioneer detach with pioneer speakers also have sub box for this car. Clear coat chalked up needs paint and minor bodywork. I am asking $4000.00 for this IROC
Here is a little write up on This Camaro, it has 98000 miles on it, It has been heavily modified to run fast and handle well. Starting with the engine air intake it has K&N filters, a modified mass air flow sensor, TPIS air foil, upper plenum has been ported to match the SLP siamiesed runners. It has GMPP 1.6 full roller rockers, Crane HI-6 ignition box, Crane HI-6 coil, Accel 8.8 race wires. SLP 1 3/4 inch headers to an American Thunder cat back 3" system. Also has Accel 24lb fuel injectors. Hypertech thermomaster chip and 160 stat. March underdrive pulleys. Optima red top battery.
The suspension has been lowered with Eibach Sportline springs and Koni yellow sport struts and shocks. Front strut mounts were replaced at the same time as well as all the spring isolators. The front control arms were rebuilt with a PST polygraphite kit. The only parts in the steering linkage that were not replaced were the drag link, idler arm, and pitman arm. Hotchkis tie rod adjuster sleeves were installed with new tie rods. All of the suspension pivot points were replaced with either polygraphite or polyurethane. Both sway bars have been wraped in poly, with poly end links. Motor mounts are Energy Suspension polyurethane, as well as the tranny mount and the mount on the side of the tail shaft for the torque arm. See where I'm going with my addiction to POLY! The rear suspension is updated with Hotchkis boxed lower control arms with poly at both ends. As well as a Hotchkis adjustable panhard rod. Hotchkis strut tower brace ties the front end together to keep it from flexing.
All this plus an aluminum drive shaft from G.M. a B&M shift kit. Braided Earl's stainless steel brake lines. Corbeau racing seat (I have the original power seat, it is torn on the LH side of the seat back though.) 5-point racing harness. Autometer fuel pressure gauge in an a-pillar pod. Grant, black three spoke steering wheel. Newer Yokohama ES100 tires. The electric pull down for the trunk needs new sliders available online.
Let me know if you have any questions? If you want specific pics let me know. Tim.

This has nothing to do with the IROC,although it sounds good, but I couldnt help myself when I read RS camaro with 126k that needs paint for $4500 I have a 91 rs with 74k I would be happy to sell for $4500

Copy that Brother, Driving that thing back was a trip! 0% body lean! The seat belt jammed at the first fuel stop. 5 points all the way home! If you find any more of those parts I will pay shipping to send it to me. Thanks again! This thing corners like a race car, go figure. I'll see about the tranfer tomarro and send your tag back. Thanks

So does it corner harder than your Corvette?
