I have officially sold the B4C Camaro. Had a guy look at it over New Years and went back to test drive/look it over better last night. The exchange was made this time and he is now the proud new owner. 
Thanks for all the replies and exchange on information clearing up the B4C vs. 1LE myths. Now to start getting the garage ready for restoration on my 68 Camaro.
