How many miles on the car? Nice ride...welcome to the 4th gen club! Sorry you cannot keep that car...its beautiful. Hope you get what you are after...modded RSs are kind of a hard car to put a value on.
With that said, I do feel the car is worth every bit of the asking price assuming its nice and tight, and the miles aren't nuts...

I'm guessing that this car has NO emissions equipment on it any more? I live in TX, 45 miles south of Houston. It would have to pass safety, AND a dyno (simulated driving) smog test here until it reaches 24 yrs old. After that, It would be exempt from smog testing. How difficult do you think it would be to make it pass a smog test? (aside from having to add catalytic converters) Do you think it would pass by doing this with the cam profile it is currently running? Also, was wondering what the car has as far as front suspension, K member, subframe connectors, etc since I did not see any pics of the underside of the car other than the ones of the new rear suspension. Oh, also does it have a stall converter?

All of the emissions have removed. I'm not sure what it would take to pass. The front suspension is stock rebuild with all moog stuff. It does have a BMR torque arm, Spohn weld in sub frame connectors, rear lower control arms, weld in relocation brackets, and adjustable panhard bar, 4th gen drive shaft. It has a tci 3000 stall.

Stupid EPA. Unfortunately, the area of the state I live in is saturated with Chemical/Plastics mfg plants, etc. and the county I live in (and the surrrounding ones) are subject to more stringent laws than the rest of the state when it comes to vehicle inspections. They claim that the plants are creating more pollution / smog (they're really not because these facilities MUST meet very tight EPA standards or be fined MILLIONS of dollars per day if they don't) so the state / feds use the excuse of making sure the cars pollute less to make up for it, and then they can charge us more for the inspection, unless the car is older than 24 yrs old. Then It only has to pass safety, not emissions...I don't know, I'm still thinking about how I might be able make it work tho.

I would be very interested in this car ..but the emissions crap has me beat on this one, we are not lucky enough to get exceptions up here..anything newer then 88 will always have to be tested every 2 yrs..glws and a bump to the top..
