We have a 1982 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 Indy 500 Pace Car replica It has just over 90,000 miles on it It is a hardtop with the original fiberglass hoodand a rebuilt borgwarner super t10 It originally came with a 305 4bbl but was changed to an early rebuilt 327


Engine Details:
New trw forged pistons
Shot peened rods w/aftermarket rod bolts
Lightened forged steel crankshaft
Balanced rotating assembly
New melling oil pump
New moroso deep pan and oil pump pickup
New elgin camshaft and lifters Camshaft specs are 465/488 224/234
New roller timing set and timing cover
New harmonic balancer and
New pro topline vortec heads w/ bowls blended
New stainless valves, springs, retainers, locks, heavy duty push rods, roller tip rockers, head bolts with chrome valve covers
New edelbrock performer rpm intake
New edelbrock carburetor
New hei distributor with msd module and coil
New spark plug wires
New water pump
New holley race fuel pump

In addition to the engine:

A new hays pressure plate and disc were added when the engine was added/transmission rebuilt
The underhood was also cleaned/repainted with the engine out
The front of the gas tank back has been cleaned and painted
New centerlink, tie rods, ball joints, rebuilt power steering pump
New kyb front struts and rear shocks
Polyurethane bushings in front a arms, rear control arms, panhard bar
New drilled and slotted rotors, calipers, pads
Rear axle is a posi with 323 gears from an 11k mile camaro, w/new drum brakes
New aluminum driveshaft
New battery (just purchased last week) and mini starter
17x8 Borbet Wheels
New front BFGoodrich g-force T/A 245x45x17 tires
The interior was swapped out in favor of an 84 Berlinetta interior so it's not original though it is in very good condition.

The bad:

Little bit of rust just behind the left rear tire (pictured)
Non painted hatch just before the spoiler (primier, also pictured)
Missing radio (could also be listed as a pro if you like the sound of a 327 )
Wheels have some curb rash, but apear to be straight
Rear tires are rock hard, but would make great burn out contest candidates
Pace Car decals are pretty much gone on the passenger side, but good on the left side and hood
