1986 Z28 Camaro

Great driver or candidate for restoration/resto-mod project. Car cranks easily and runs and drives great. As it sits, I get 25 MPG on the highway with the short 2.73 rear end gear and overdrive transmission. Handles great and is very fun to drive. I have owned this car since 1997 and really hate to part with it. However, our new baby means extra expense and little time, so it's for sale. I'm asking $3,700 OBO.

Almost new Cooper Cobra white letter tires with over 90% tread wear left and brand new battery. Car has NEVER been wrecked and has a very straight body with no known rust, just a couple of minor door dings from regular driving. It has been licensed for the road and driven almost the entire time I've owned it. This car is very original and 95% of everything works. Approximately 233,000 miles.

I am including a reprint of a 1986 Camaro factory assembly manual for the right buyer. Call before 9pm 8two8-71three-nine83three or email tomluth AT hotmail.com. See the options and details below.

Re: 1986 Z28 Camaro

Seems I failed to include my asking price! I'm asking $3,700 OBO. I don't have any undercarriage photos currently, but I'll try to post some in the next couple of days. I can assure you that the floor pans and entire undercarriage is very solid. To the best of my knowledge, this has been a southern car its entire life. All the metal on this car is original with no replacements or patch panels.

Re: 1986 Z28 Camaro

Here's a couple of quick pictures I snapped of the floor pans last night.
