Engine: 5.0 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: G80;GU6 3.42 Posi
1985 IROC-Z - Beautiful Original Car
Beautiful, unmolested, original, absolutely rust free IROC for sale
Car is in great shape for almost 30 years old - it has some dings from use over the years, however it's paint is all original and it would be a shame to change such an honest car IMHO...they are only original once. The seats, headliner, and carpets are all in fantastic condition...currently has 137,000 kms, however I am still driving it...driven under 5,000 kms. per year since new.
Original numbers matching Tuned Port 305 runs excellent - I wouldn't hesitate driving the car anywhere...does not overheat and starts every time. Has 3:42 posi rear end, with 4 wheel disc brakes. Differential and transmission were recently serviced and work perfectly.
Has never seen snow or even driven in the rain...absolutely positively no rust on body or underneath. My mechanic says it is the cleanest IROC he has ever seen.
Original Canadian car, so history is known since new...sold new in St. Catherines, Ontario; I've owned it for 4 years...I now have small children, so the car just isn't getting driven enough.

The original seats had cigarette burns from the 1st owner, so I replaced them with a very nice set of 4th gen seats. I still have the originals, they will just need to be re-covered. It's too bad because the original seats are in mint condition otherwise.
