1986 Z28 *scotland*
For sale is my 1986 Z28 camaro
Im moving into aberdeen so i wont have the space for two cars to keep here so there is my reason for selling otherwise id be keeping the car.
previous two owners have spent a small fortune and time on this car.
The original 305 5.0ltr v8 was swapped for a rebuilt 350 5.7ltr in 2010 by *real steel i have all the receipts* which has only done 20.000 miles so far.
She starts first time every time and runs strong for a 300+ bhp motor its coupled up to a smooth 4speed auto which selects all the gears as it should.
cd player and 6x9's were professionally fitted and sound great even over the booming v8 noise
its got a full exhaust manifolds / decat and a cherry bomb back box *i also have a magnaflow back box which is louder!* that will be included in the sale.
it had a full service done by myself in the garage last month new alternator and steering belts, new spark plugs, oil/ oil filter and transmission fluid. Also a new heater core fitted the old one got rusty and burst so i replaced that myself so the heaters work
bad points its will need a ball joint on the front at least i can hear it knocking * ball joint is like £30* and the wiper controls, horn and fan have all been changed to switch's due to the engine swap this has never really bothered me since it all still works but better to say rather then find out later.
what more can i say
i recommend coming to have a look at the car since its a 27 year old car so dont expect it to be showroom shape but she has aged very well body work is good no major rust just the odd bubble here and there underneath was striped back and undersealed properly when the engine got done in 2010 and is still looking fresh.
im looking for £4000 i think shes worth every penny Z28's are going up in value here in the uk seen some go for £5k on ebay but im in need of the space.
The car is advertised on ebay and gumtree as well.
cheers thanks for looking johnny.
