Just to clarify this is a L98 350 TPI car?
How many miles ago was the trans rebuilt?
Can you post a pic of the RPO sheet?
I take it the engine has never been rebuilt, valve seals etc all original?
Do you have any wiggle room on your AP?
This has my interest peaked...I am waiting on my tax refund

NOTE; I have had the AC system repaired and upgraded to R134a with a new compressor, drier, seals and of course the R134a refrigerant.
So you know what that does to the price of the car...........^

beautiful car,im restoring a 88 iroc 5.7 and just the paint and interior is costing me 10k not including mecanical which i had converted to a 5 speed car .glws thats a bargain for what it would cost to do paint and interior and mecanical.

Yes, my car is an original 5.7 (L98/B2L) 350 CID.
The engine is still original.
The intake manifold was replaced at about 98K along with the heater core, radiator, water pump, hoses.
I believe I have put about 8,000+ mile on the transmission since it was rebuilt.
The car has only been a pleasure vehicle that I drive on the weekends and its never been a daily driver since I originally purchased it.
I had to cancel the A/C repair for now, I want to put an original AC Delco compressor in it and that will drive the cost of the repair up and over what I can afford right now.
So there might be some "wiggle room" in the AP for right now.

Thanks for the info IROCDAVE...I wanted this car bad...but my better half got to me first(aka the wife) made me pay off a bunch of bills with our tax return, and didn't leave me much to do anything, I am sorry, GL
