1982 Z/28 Indy 500 Pace Car $7200
For sale: 1982 Camaro Z28 Indy 500 Pace car. Rust free. Just over 34,000 original miles. 5.0 Crossfire Injection engine (305). Automatic transmission. PW, PDL, Cruise, Tilt wheel, T-tops, power hatch, AM/FM cassette with 6 disc CD changer in the hatch (not original), 4 wheel disc brakes. Interior in very good condition. Goodyear tires have a lot of treadlife remaining. Very clean, but not perfect car. I bought the car a year ago as a project/weekend driver and decided to move onto something else. Car runs good but is showing a code 44 on the OBD (lean). Paint is good with the exception of the hood needing to be resprayed (I have a pint of RM Diamont paint to be included in the sale). Driver's side door sill plate has a crack in it. AC blows cold. Solid suspension. Very well optioned car, I believe the only option not included was a rear window wiper. I have the original build sheet for the car in very good condition.
The following is a list of new parts on the car.
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor
Coolant Temerature Sensor
Fuel filter
Recently rebuilt throttle bodies
AC lines and accumalator (AC works great)
Coolant and windshield washer bottle
Battery is 3 months old
Throttle Position Sensor
Hood Liner
Front and rear sway bar bushings
Transmission pan gasket
New water pump, hoses and thermostat.
Front and rear glass Camaro decals
Additionally I have brand new (have not installed) door and t-top weatherstripping, 2 new power window motors (windows work fine but I was going to put new motors in while I had the weatherstripping off the doors).
New hood graphics (Made by Phoenix Graphics).
Also included is a 50 dollar gift certificate to Hawks Third Generation Camaro and Firebirds that is good until 10/31/16
