Interesting story behind this beautiful IROC, as told to me by the original owner’s brother, who sold me the car. Eileen’s son ordered the car right out of high school once he got his first summer job. Long story short, the job didn’t last, and when the car came in, the son was responsible for paying for the car but couldn’t. His mother, Eileen, took delivery of the car and decided to keep it. She drove it from the first mile until the day that I bought it, keeping just about every service and repair record that had anything to do with the car. These records are included. The car lived in New Jersey during the years that Eileen owned it, and it was parked under a carport every day and night to protect it from the sun and the elements. This is confirmed by the condition of the interior. The original dash pad is perfect, not cracked from the sun like most of these cars, and the interior is not faded or sun bleached at all. The interior is in great shape, the seats are not worn or ripped, and are clean. The carpet is in great shape as well. The console lid is not worn and the leather steering wheel is in good shape as well. The paint on the car is a 9 out of 10, with only a few small blemishes here and there. When the car was repainted, original IROC stickers were purchased from GM and were put back on the car. The car has been garage kept since the day I bought it. Overall this car is in amazing shape for being 29 years old, and is truly one of the most original and documented cars of this era available, and is a great investment as these cars are really starting to go up in value. It runs great, shifts great, drives straight, and is really a lot of fun to drive with the 5 speed, as well as being a comfortable car to ride in with the cold A/C. Come take a look at the car, you will not be disappointed. $13,500 OBO Call or text eight0four-seven6one-eightfive49 More pictures available.

Nice car!
By the way, you don't have to say "Every performance option offered in 1987 besides the N10 dual cat Y-pipe", as the N10 dual cat wasn't offered in 1987. I studied up on such stuff prior to buying my own 1987 G92 car over a year ago.
Good luck with your sale, John
