DM165's

I just finished repairing the right channel on my 91 Firebird Delco radio. The right channel was completely shot, no sound at all. Following this guide : http://www.howtoalmanac.com/Scott/Ho...oAmpRepair.htm I was able to replace the bad DM165 and 1uf and 100uf capacitors. The right channel now sounds great! And it only set me back $20.00.

I bought the DM165 from a Ebay seller that bought out a delco repair business. It shows they have 6 left as of tonight. Might want to grab one while they still have them for $13.45. That's a great deal on this hard to find part.

Good luck on repairing your own radio, it's worth the effort and is fun. (at least for me)
