Radio Cutting in and out?

Radio Cutting in and out?
Hey there.
I just purchased a 1985 Trans am and I am running into a problem with the radio.
Its getting power but when ever I hit a bump the stereo indicator goes off and I lose sound besides some popping noise but I hit a bump and it kicks back in.
Im guess its a lose connection but im unsure on how to pull the radio out to check.
Im a beginner with cars this is my first project.

radio comes out very very easy, tons of threads on here describing that in detail. youll want to check the connections where the new radio's harness was joined with the cars harness. also the power wire for the radio that should run to the fuse box.

1-Carefully,remove the cover plate,2- remove the 4 screws from the bracket that hold the radio,3,pull it out enough to unplug the plugs behind it plus the antenna,4 Send it to *84TA for repair, he does good work
