tps voltage adjusting w/ autoxray help

i have an autoxray ezlink (with real time status), and i've noticed my TPS is a bit at high side.

ok, so my car has been idling rough for a few days, and i just got
it back from the mechanic.

new mods put in :
1.new chrome valve covers (with the FINGERS for less leak)
2.brand spanking new reman ccc rochester 4bbl (e4me) from http://www.i-5automotive.com/page5.html .
3.new accell spark plugs, wires, coil, cap. and Tune.. although i dont know if it was tuned to 0 degrees or 6 degrees.
4. new airpipes and welding.
5. new air/fuel gage.

sitting at parked idle, with rpms from 850 to 900, my tps voltage jumps from 1.3 to 1.43 volts.

I've read how to adjust them from many tech articles, but my question is..

what should the stock setting be? .54 volts? .75 volts? at what rpm? is there a proper rpm to tps scale?

my setup is lg4 305ci, with the E4ME Roch carb. (ccc q-jet with electric choke).

will i have to adjust it again if I screw with the timing? 0 Deg vs 6 deg?

Btw. i got this ezlink for $125 from ebay (ret: $800). i love it, i can see what all the sensors are doing in real time now, the TPS is the only one that looks OFF.

also, my china wall is leaking oil, i havent yet figured out if its from the new valve covers, intake valve, or distributor seal, or as my mechaninc says, from the bellhousing.

i hooked up a vacuum gauge to the intake man it its reading 18 psi, kinda steady with a little movement hear and there (prolly the valve seals).

this wouldn't throw off the readings would it?
