Im trying to figure out if my wiring harness thats around my carb on my 305 is hooked up right?(I know it sounds stupid but i just need a reference)
Can some just post a pic of their stock 305, with the air cleaner and canister off so i can see the wiring setup plz! thx
Or if anyone has a diagram that would be great to :-)

GM, in a rare moment of insight, designed their wiring so that each connector can only go in one socket, and only that one socket. If everything fit with no "modifications", chances are you have it right.

I agree. Tough to get it wrong.
Big blue 2-wire plug goes to the M/C solenoid on the top fo the carb. 3-wire "oval" shaped plug goes to the TPS on the driver's side front of the carb. Choke heater wire pops out of the pass. side wiring loom that runs down the pass. side valve cover and goes to the single connector on the choke element. A/C "kicker solenoid" wire comes out of the driver's side wiring loom and attaches to the single connector on the round solenoid that attaches on the driver's front corner of the carb near the throttle arm. That's about it.
