I hope not too bad of news. Today I was entering my garage and the remote stuck and as I was entering the garage the garage door closed pretty hard on my convertible top. The second bow seems to be not as tight as the other bows. I dont think they are meant to be welded to the frame, right? When you push on the second bow it seems to go up and down like there should be more tension on it. I was wondering if the rod that connects to it should be tightened more to make it more tight. It doesnt seem to be bent or broken. Any help? thanks.

All fixed. I bought a pair of Lons "flip rods" a few months ago as a spare. They were used and fixed the problem. Thanks Lon. I will now order another spare set.
