Axle/Gears: 2.73, 2.73
Rear spoiler mounting points broken

Anyone have any good ideas I can steal on replacing the broken studs?

I reused the factory pedestal mount except I took some one inch pvc water pipe and mounted around it. I roughed up everything where the epoxy would stick to it and remounted the pedistol and fit the pvc around it and ground the pvc pipe with the right angle to seat to the trunk for added support. Filled it full of epoxy up to the bottom of the threads and it has worked for several years now. Also epoxied around the outside of the pvc pipe. My theory was more area to hold since the little pedestal was too small to hold the load. I made sure to take a file and small grinder and make sure the epoxy had a very roughed up area for the epoxy to grab ahold of. I also cleaned and degreased to not have any adhering problems.
