For those interested controlling a Electric water pump and/or fan..

Basically its a pulse width modulated controller. I know its not a thirdgen . But I just put this on my 94 mustang with a mezeire pump and factory fans. It modulates flow of both in relation to temps. Speeds up fan and pump when it gets close to temp set point to control temperature. They also sell a controller just for the fan so it gets rid of the max on/off of the factroy fan. I dont run a thermostat anymore.
