Can anyone tell me if the connector pictured is the heat sensor wire/connector on a L98 in a 1989 IROC?

Thanks in advance.

That is the coolant sensor for the ECM. The temp gauge sending unit is in the drivers side head between 1 and 2 spark plugs.
