questions on cts sensor and fan switch
Does a 89 camaro iroc 350 tpi need a coolant temperature sensor and a fan switch . if you need know i have the dual fan and the relay are up front need the battery .

next questions my dual fan do not work i unplug the relay and insert a paper clip and they came on so i went and brought new relays and they still do not work could it be a bad coolant temperature sensor or something else.

And YES, the CTS ( coolant temp sensor ) gives the computer information for engine management. It is NOT the same as the coolant temp sender that provides info for the temp gauge on the dashboard

i want see if i am on the right page fan switch on the passenger side works the secondary fan and the coolant temperature sensor work with the ecm and the primary fan and the sensor on the driver side work the gauge
