WinALDL Log, Obviously Lean. Anything Else?

Have a misfire which is extremely noticeable when the TCC is locked. Only mechanical problem I found was a bad aftermarket ICM, which I replaced with an AC Delco unit.

Almost all new mechanicals (engine/trans) but injectors are rebuilt Ford blu-tops (which I believe are Bosch type III's) which I purchased in 2008, but they have had various levels of sitting around on and off the car since then. 24lb, yes the prom is calibrated for it. Running 48psi fuel pressure.

MAF might be original, O2 is newer and the readings don't look bogus.

Could anyone identify anything else wrong with the sensor readings? I am at the point of thinking to replace the injectors - they ohm out (15-17) and NOID out fine, fuel pressure is fine and has a fresh Walbro pump. I did not compare cold/warm ohms on the injectors yet.

Thanks for any help.

Excel version of log I was fiddling with:
