I checked the tech articles and did a search. Where is this article I keep reading about? Is it even on this website?? I would LOVE to read it as I am diving into DIY Prom's this winter!

I haven't found it like you did, its been a while so maybe that's why I get a no file found. Anyway I'd like to read it also. I've been looking for info for over a year and this keeps poping up so it must be good!
