Tuning my rebuild
Hey all, I'm finishing up installing my rebuilt engine. I had broken rings on number seven so out it came. I had the stock 350 short block made to a 355 with a 6" rod, forged flat tops, and a hot cam. I'm using the miniram and ported 113 heads with large valves.
I will be ready to start it soon so I need to take care of the tune. I've been practicing with TunerPro RT. Is this a good program to go with? I've edited the stock tune some, turning off things that have been stripped from the car. I have a laptop and was planning to order the ALDU1 and CABL1 from Moates plus the BURN2. Are those good choices?
Lastly, any good tips for tuning this engine combo? I'm new to this so if anyone wanted to share their tune for this type of combo to help me get started that would be cool.
