Help me understand tuning.

Ok so still trying to get this 327 to run good. I am really confused. If I let the truck idle for a while its starts out with a lean BLM then it slowly turns into a normal BLM and then turns into a rich BLM just idling. This latest log starts at 144 blm gets to 118 around the middle and ends at 142. near the end of the log I was slowly speeding up the motor just to get some different readings.

o2 sensor is new I installed it this month. everything is on the TPI unit is used. its on a 327. Am I not logging correctly what do I need to do? BTW I am attaching this latest log and the def file if someone could make some sense of it for me. By the way the truck stalled out about 3/4 of the way into the log because I got bored and tried to see if I could drive it. Right now I am just trying to get a base tune going that will run and drive then I will get a wideband and try to prefect the tune later.
