This is what I have at 43 psi fuel pressure. Note that the 0 volt entry should be the same as the 12.8 volt entry value.

Code:
Injector Data Sheet: M-9593-B302, 30 #/hr red tops, fat

Fuel Pressure: 43
Flow rate: 31.3 #/hr

Minimum PW @ 43 psi: 1.133

  12.8 Volts: 675 usec
  14.4 Volts: 497 usec
  15.0 Volts: 462 usec*

Thanks and I'm not sure what you mean do you mean for the Offset Compensation versus Battery Voltage at 0 Volts: should be 675 usec?

Yes, look at it this way, if the ECM is getting 0 volts and the engine is still running, what value would be the best to use?

Re: ford red top 30# injector data

Ok makes sense. Why am I getting a error saying "could not write to change log file" when I hit commit changes?

PC/laptop security is too tight. The O/S isn't allowing Tuner Pro to create and write to a file.

Need to set TP to run as an Administrator. This part is O/S dependent. Try this: right click on the Desktop icon for Tuner Pro, if there is a line that states to run program as an administrator, click on it to set the check box as checked.

If not then select the Properties dialog. Look around for that same line and check it. IIRC, it is under the Compatibility tab.

Re: ford red top 30# injector data

Look at what the XDF file is expecting for the values. In your first post the values you listed are in milli-seconds. In my post I used micro-seconds.

Re: ford red top 30# injector data

I think I got it to except the values. does the small pw correction - port only need to be 0 for all values?

Good, they will change a little from the entered value. This is due to the 15.26 uSec resolution of the table.

Yes, all entries. I didn't realize that you are using an EBL system.

Re: ford red top 30# injector data

BPC vs VAC table. Single fire PW table. AE TPS & MAP PW tables, proportional gains.

Ok got the bpc vs vac set to 139. Not sure what to set the other tables to or where to find the info.

Old thread, but I just got the EBL Flash II and am trying to enter this injector data. I got the voltage offset entered. But like a previous poster I am having trouble with the INJ - Small PW Correction - PORT Only table. I enter the data as shown, I am assuming the values are negative which result in the table reverting to all 0s.

Re: ford red top 30# injector data

You can't enter negative numbers is the short PW table. Enter those values are positive numbers and see how the tune works out. In the past I've always stated to zero out the short PW table. But try it with those values as a positive number.
