How much trouble is it with EBL flash to go from one tune to another?

For an example if I have my ECM in a place easy to get to in 2 different vehicles with completely different set ups to use same ECM with EBL and switch from one file to one that's already been tuned for that vehicle to another vehicle

Easy, place each vehicle's tune in a different bank and switch banks.
