Newbie data logging history table question

So I am trying to get the history table set up in the $88 7730. When I was going along at 55-60 almost everything below the first 3 BLM markers was at 128 all the way through the 2000 RPM range(113 on the lower ones)
After I took it up to highway speeds ALL the readings dropped to 110-115 throughout the entire table.

WHY?? Is that the PE kicking in? IF so why doesn't it go away after I get back onto regular streets?

The never came back up once I got onto surface streets either. I can post the data log later if that would help. It is about an hour long.

All thats modded in this tune is +1 degree of timing, EGR/AIR delete, lowered RPM shutoff and raised max speed shutoff

Any insight would be very helpful. Thank you

I don't understand what you are saying. The $88 mask only has 3 BLM cells.

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

In the history table there is the RPM across the top, is that the MAP settings down the side then?
I will upload the files when I get home tonight. I couldn't last night due to a dead computer

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

Ok, I figured out how to get the files from my lap top to the work computer(no wifi) so here are my 2 datalogs from last night.
Attached Files
File Type: zip
data log.zip (838.8 KB, 8 views)

OK, I understand. Yes, the MAP is likely down the side if the RPM is across the top.

If they are still the original injectors they may be dirty which causes them to inject more fuel then normal. That will drive the BLMs down.

If hte injectors have been changed out they may flow slightly more then OEM ones. Otherwise I don't know why the BLMs are that low.

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

To follow up, you need to disable the CCP purging when working on the VE tables. The BLM will get driven down as the fuel gets purged from the canister.

Just don't forget to re-enable it. Otherwise after a while you'll be wondering where the strong gas fumes are coming from.

Note that in addition to the data logs including the ADS or ADX file is also helpful.

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

So do I just set the "CCP enable coolant temp threshold" to the maximum to disable that? Is that all that I need to disable?
I thought it was weird that it should be running rich since its got a slightly larger than stock cam. But I believe it also has 17 lb injectors too.

That is the easiest/best way:

L8341 FCB 128 ; 56c, coolant threshold for enable, øC = (N * 0.75) - 40

As for the cam, yes, at lower engine speeds it will reduce the volumetric efficiency (VE) of the engine. That will result in lower BLMs in those RPM ranges. It will also tend to increase the VE at higher RPMs.

Checking my notes, if the BPC value is reversed to find injector flow I come up with 16.46 #/hr for the stock injectors. That isn't too far from a 17 #/hr injector. It could drop the BLM to 124 or so.

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

So the purge is disabled. To adjust the Main VE vs MAP vs RPM table I should do as the following, correct?
For slot 30 MAP vs 800 RPM
History average:119.125
Main VE table: 32.03
so that would be: 32.03 X (119.125/128)=29.809
Correct?

That works, be sure to smooth the table once done with the corrections.

Re: Newbie data logging history table question

Anyone have tuner pro RT glitch out on them while datalogging? I have had it happen a couple times now where I will look over and its flashing red and the error counter is flying through the roof. I have to click the data send button to stop the errors and the again to restart recording.
