Cold start issue

I am currently running a modified '89 .bin in my '86 Trans Am. I'm not sure how the later MAF ECMs compensated for not having a 9th injector at start up. I have to use starting fluid to start the car when it's cold. Once it's started it runs fine. How do I get the needed fuel for a cold start?

The cranking and cold running injector PW has been increased.

Check the fuel pressure first, low pressure will cause cold no starts. Can then work on this table:

Code:
    	;----------------------------------------------
    	; CRANK PW vs COOLANT TEMP
    	;
    	; TBL = (msec * 256)/(SCALAR)
    	;----------------------------------------------

LC371   FDB  13108  ; 200.01, SCALAR FOR MAX PW
       		    ; CAL = SCALAR * 65.536
       		    ;
		    ;    Msec       deg c
        	    ;----------------------------------
LC373   FCB  205    ;			 	-40
LC374   FCB  179    ;  140		 	-28
LC375   FCB  96     ;	75		 	-16
LC376   FCB  45     ;	35		 	 -4
LC377   FCB  32     ;	25		 	  8
LC378   FCB  20     ;	16		 	 20
LC379   FCB  15     ;	12		 	 32
LC37A   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	 44
LC37B   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	 56
LC37C   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	 68
LC37D   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	 80
LC37E   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	 92
LC37F   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	104
LC380   FCB  10     ;	 8		 	116
