EBL Q?

EBL Q?
What would cause my idle SA to show 16d in "whats up data log" when I have it locked SA with a value of 20?
coolant temp is 185-190.
Initial SA is 9.8
My prior tune (tbi) showed SA 20 in logs and same as above.
My new tune is port fuel using 3006.bin.
I am also seeing lean idle values with WB at 16+/1 in CL and changing VE did not change A/F. I expected low BLM in CL as injectors are 24's at 43 lbs FP on stock LT4 SA tune. BLM are slightly lean adding only +2 or +3. in back to back VE-Learns.
Is there a table that is subtracting SA and if so which?

Re: EBL Q?
The idle locked value just replaces the main SA table look up. The idle compensation SA along with the coolant comp versus VAC and CTS is still used.
