I Just bought a Hayden adjustable fan controller and its go 2 wires that I don't know Where they g. The one wire says it goes to the pos ignition and the other to the a/c clutch. Where are those wires located, does it matter that my a/c doesn't work and last the controller is setup for 2 fans but I only have 1 will it still work. Please help me out.

Re: fan problem

Just disregard the wire for the A/C - if the A/C is not working anyway. The A/C wire is to make the fan come on at all times the A/C is running because the working A/C naturally makes the car run harder (and hotter).

The other wire I presume just needs a hot-in-run connection. Should be able to just tap into almost any wire that gets 12v+ with the key ON.

Does Hayden have a wiring diag on their website for THIS controller that you can post up a link to so we can see to verify?
