Wipers and Fluid pump BOTH DEAD... please help!!
89 camaro, was cleaning snow off my car.. shouldve waited to get the snow off before i turned on the wipers..but i didnt... i guess the heavy load killed the wipers, now they are stuck and i cannot move them back to resting position.. the fluid pump doesnt work now.. nor does it make a noise when activated... also shows no voltage
Fuse is fine.
Turn signals and high beams still work
The wire for cruise control is cut but i dont care.. and it never caused a problem before
is this a bad switch or a bad wiper wand?

Use a multimeter on that fuse. It's probably bad. The extra load from the snow blew IT or fried the motor, which I doubt it

Fuse Is fine... I tried three different fuses.. I don't think it's the motor because the pump is also not working, and the pump isn't attached to the motor it's separate inside the washer reservoir

With the key "ON" and the wiper switch on low, check for voltage in the white wire on the connector at the base of the steering column. Power there confirms your fuse is good. No power there, you have a bad fuse(yes I know you said you checked it), or a bad wire.
Next, check the connector at the wiper motor. One of the Pink, Dark Green, Gray, or Purple wires will have power. Which one depends on which setting the wiper switch is on, and I can't remember which is which. If you get power there, check the black wire to ground for a loose/broken connection. If you have a good connection to ground and power to the motor, your motor is probably fried.

I'm only getting power when it's on high... Sometimes the current comes out to 6 V sometimes it comes out to 11... No current seems to be happening for delay or low... The green and yellow wires seem to be the power.... And when I connected it to the fuse port I was only getting power when it was on high not low or delay

However on the connector on the steering column , where I believe the wiper switch leads down to , 5 words I think, purple white dark green etc, I get 9.65 volts iirc.. So I gues the wiper switch is good?

Sorry for the late response, if any one was ever curious what happened, the wiper switch went bad.
