*Solved* Turn signal light issues

My Story- I replaced my cluster with one out of a Rs everything works except the turn signals once I turn on my headlights the passenger side bulb is bright and stays on and my rpm goes crazy.

Here's how to solve it

1. Check connections behind the cluster.

2. If everything is good and clean and you still got problems replace the printed circuit from a different cluster.

How to replace printed circuit: take out the tach gauge, voltage, gas, and temp gauge once that is done get a pair of needle nose pliers. Once you got them start by pushing one side of the metal clip out and take it out when you got them all you simply unplug the cable from the yellow piece and take out the screw holding it in place. Now you can take off the circuit also the metal clips snap back down with a little force easy as that
