I called scoggin dickey, and they told me they were the same, and that the Eddy intake was just marked up because of the name. Truth? Probably. ...I've seen a few threads over the years claiming the Eddy base is "cleaned up" a little more, but I've never seen anyone confirm that, and SD says that's not the case.....either way, it needs porting, so might as well go with the cheaper one.

Just checking, but would you still have the SD intake available? I'm going to be rebuilding my '87 GTA 5.7L, and I would like to utilize Vortec heads. Thanks very much!
