Nice single turbo header

Nice single turbo header
This is a nice single turbo header for a sbc. It is ceramic coated, has 3/8" flanges, heavy wall tubing, t4 flanges, tig welded...a nice quality header. You won't be disappointed. I have jumped into the LSX stuff now and really have no use for it. I acquired it a few years ago and it has sat since then. The only flaw, if you can call it that, is some discoloration of the coating. I'm looking for $350. Im sure this thing cost more than that to build.

Re: Nice single turbo header
I think it might fit a 4th gen. The other thing that's odd is it doesn't have a wastegate mount. If you could get a picture of it mounted in a car I think that would help with the sale. Price is right.

Re: Nice single turbo header
Looking for something like this, maybe not so shiney. Nice piece, but like anesthes don't think the crossover from pass side would fit. Kinda puts it right in starter location, IMO.
Nice price tho for quality piece. Could run a t4-t4 adapter with wg mount if it didn't raise it thru the hood.
I want one that'd move the whole t4 bend/flange past the #2 cylinder, towards the front of engine where A/C components used to be, with the crossover more vertical. I like the #8 pipe compared to BBS designed.

I'd probably cut the crossover off and weld a 45* and it would be in the same spot as a BBS header.
Can run the WG in the crossover. Too bad the OP isn't local to me, I've got a car he could bolt it in and take a bunch of pictures to help the sale.

Re: Nice single turbo header
Yeah it would be nice to bolt up and snap pics, unfortunately all I have is LSX stuff now and the only gen1 sbc is in the car and already has turbos on it. I don't want to take it apart to snap any. I am open to offers if someone wants to try it out.
