Lunati 40145 solid flat tappet cam
Int:.552 lift 256 dur@.050 .024 lash
Exh:.519 lift 259 dur @.050 .030 lash
106 lobe seperation
installed straight up aprox range per lunati 3800-7000rpm,
dual idler gear drive of unknown origin.

Heads:
GM cast iron BowTie 2.02 intake 1.6 exh unported,
Manley undercut valves,
K-motion tool steel springs good to .600,
3/8 ARP studs w/ guide plates,
Crane 1.5 silver rollers,
Pro products stud girdle,

Pro products#52031 power+plus single plane manifold,
Holley 750 vacume secondary(only carb I have other than 2bbl)
Tranny:
local built 700r4 w acc2200-2800 converter#48442(I know too low but I got it for free)

Rear:
10 bolt 3:73 limited slip(still need to set up)

The motor ran strong on a 3/8 dirt track in 75 nova(3200lbs) w/ cast iron dual plane BowTie intake, stamped longslot rockers and a Duel jet carb

What are your thoughts, and how much power do you think I'll make. Are there any other mods that I'll need

Ouch, that's gotta hurt the old pocketbook.

Ever consider E85? Not sure of availability in MO, but I would think it's better than some places.

The high CR is the only concern I would have for a cruiser.

I hadn't even thought about E 85. It's readily availible around here so it might be worth looking into. The track tech is only $5.69 a gallon right now in Holts Summit Mo.
Other than jetting, pump and hoses what else would I need for E 85 and what is the octane rating. Phillips/Conoco rep. said that I should stay above 104 octane with this set up.

Typical for E85 is 105 octane. Interestingly enough, I've never seen an octane sticker on an E85 pump. I can get it for $2.65/gal at the track, $2.75 at a station if I drive a ways, and $3.09 at the closest station to my house. I take 2 5-gal gas cans to the track every time I go.

Pump - depends upon what you've got. If you're running an electric, make sure it's alcohol-compatible and provides a little more capacity than a similar HP gasoline pump.

Hoses - materials are compatible with ethanol these days.

Jetting - Make life easy on yourself and get the Quick Fuel Technologies E85 metering blocks. Follow their jetting recommendations. The PV & idle restrictors are up-sized, and the emulsion bleeds modified to make the carb respond to the fuel properly. You'll convert to 4150 in the process.
