Two or one piece rear main

Okay I have an 88 iroc I'm going to do a 350 carb swap I have a 305 tune port now 700r tranny I'm wondering if I can use a two piece rear main or do I have to use a one piece if I can what's all involved and what do I have to change

You can use either, just make sure you use a flex plate that matches the crank (The one-piece units are externally balanced and have a weight on the flex plate, the two-piece does not.)
